He quickly assessed the situation and had the parts with him to make the repair. The garage door was working again in less than an hour after he arrived. Throughout the entire experience, Colin was friendly (did great with the dogs) and kept us informed of the cost and time for the repair. We contacted Colin at 9pm that night and he was at our house by 10am the next day with an up and running garage by 10:30am. Amazing work and amazing service! While he was here he didn’t just fix the issue at hand he also checked everything else. Replaced burnt out cables and tightened bolts to ensure our garage would be running like new.
